We have developed a fail-safe way of removing metal by rotating a cutting tool with several teeth. This process is divided into two phases to produce flat surfaces:
- surface milling/grinding
- milling of edges/ends
Using our double-head milling machine, we can machine your steel plates with great precision and in record time thanks to our automated machining equipment.
Our machinery can process large-scale workpieces with a maximum weight of 30 tonnes and thicknesses of up to 1,150 mm, widths of up to 2,200 mm and lengths of up to 4,500 mm.

Surface grinding is an abrasive machining process that ensures great dimensional and geometrical accuracy and is therefore ideal for processing hard materials. The repeated elimination of the outer layers of the material by means of a horizontal grinding process improves the geometrical quality of the parallelism and the flatness and helps to reduce tolerances.
Our resources can grind workpieces with a maximum weight of 6 tonnes and thicknesses of up to 1,000 mm, widths of up to 1,650 mm and lengths of up to 3,000 mm.

CNC machining, or five-axis machining, can be tailored to all of your requirements, from roughing to semi-finishing your parts.
As this revolutionary machining process is performed using numerically controlled machine tools it can be automated, either fully or in part. It can also be used for creating top-quality parts.
Five-axis machining offers an extensive range of options in terms of the sizes and shapes of the parts that can be machined. What’s more, this process can handle the five sides of a component in a single configuration. As well as being fast and ensuring unrivalled precision, five-axis machining guarantees efficient machining, even for the most complex parts, from prototypes to small or medium-sized production runs.

Drilling is the ideal process for you.
Drilling with a ¾ bit and oil pressure creates holes with excellent roughness quality and outstanding diameter accuracy. Perfect for all types of holes, including the deepest ones.
This process ensures great consistency of axial or eccentric holes, which can be drilled in cylindrical or prismatic parts at several angles, if necessary.
Thanks to our efficient machinery and our team of professionals, we can drill threaded or blind holes with diameters ranging from Ø 5 mm to Ø 22 mm and lengths of up to 1,600 mm (by means of rotation).
