This fast and economical process can be used for cutting stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and nickel alloys, thus guaranteeing weight savings for your shaped pieces. It is also ideal for cutting shaped pieces quickly.

Our efficient machinery can cut thicknesses of up to 150 mm, lengths of up to 7,800 mm and widths of up to 2,800 mm.

HD plasma cutting

HD plasma cutting affords greater precision and better quality of the final cut pieces. This economical process also ensures precise and fast cutting.

Using our two torches, we can cut thicknesses of up to 25 mm, lengths of up to 12,400 mm and widths of up to 3,100 mm.

You would like to cut large boilerplates or great thicknesses (for mechanical engineering applications, etc.)?

Flame cutting

Flame cutting is highly economical and offers a top-quality finish without taper, making it the ideal process for you.

Using up to eight torches, we can cut thicknesses of up to 300 mm, lengths of up to 16,000 mm and widths of up to 5,000 mm.

Thanks to these capacities, we can meet all of your requirements.

We can also offer a shot-blasting service, on request.

You need to reduce the deformations of large cut strips and create precision parts without applying heat?

Large-capacity sawing is tailored and precise, making it the ideal process for you.

With its powerful cut, this technique can achieve edges that are perfectly perpendicular to the faces and with close tolerances.

For sheets, we can use a metal circular saw or band saw to cut thicknesses of up to 300 mm and lengths of up to 8,200 mm.

For blocks with a maximum weight of 60 tonnes, we can use a band saw to cut thicknesses of up to 1,480 mm, widths of up to 2,000 mm and lengths of up to 6,000 mm.

Shearing is a great way of cutting sheets without wasting materials. It is also fast and helps to optimise delivery times.

We can shear stainless steel sheets with lengths of up to 4,000 mm and thicknesses of up to 10 mm.

We can automatically cut diameters of up to 1,300 mm. We combine our stock of steel and non-ferrous metal bars with up to 100 saws spread over our French sites to meet your individual or series cutting requirements.
