Trainees who placed their trust in us and are proud to shape their future with us:
Cyprien Lucas, marketing trainee and student at the IAE Orléans Management School, tells us about his arrival:“Everyone described their jobs to me and I thought the atmosphere was really friendly.”
“Right from the start, the Marketing Manager (who was also my tutor) introduced me to everyone, after having sent out an e-mail to let everyone know I was coming. Everyone described their jobs to me and I thought the atmosphere was really friendly. The advantage of marketing is that you get to work with, and therefore to learn about, all of the different departments. I was given excellent support – everyone knew their jobs really well and helped the new arrivals so that they would feel good.”
Jean Vaire, on-site sales representative in Martillac:"Right from the start, my sales assignments were extremely diverse and practical. As my assignments evolved over time, I was able to develop a good number of skills."
“I joined the sales office in Martillac in September 2016. I received a warm welcome right away, particularly thanks to the integration day at the head office in Maurepas. The way that the day was organised, with the site visit and the explanations of tkMF’s organisational structure, made the experience really enriching. Right from the start, my sales assignments were extremely diverse and practical. As my assignments evolved over time, I was able to develop a good number of skills. It’s a delight to work with a team of people who were and indeed still are available whenever I need them, always maintaining a good atmosphere.”
Barbara Defrance, work/study programme assistant:“The day-to-day challenges and the instigation of numerous projects have motivated me to continue studying towards a master’s degree in HR so that I can enjoy new rewarding experiences at tkMF.”
“I was well integrated within tkMF right from the start, both by my department and all of my colleagues, thanks in particular to a message sent to all staff members. As a work/study programme assistant, I had to work with all employees right from word go, especially with the managers of our various production sites and the HSE department with respect to production staff security and clearances. This first year at tkMF helped me to consolidate my human resources knowledge and skills, because many of my tasks were not exclusively restricted to training. For example, I was involved in the work/study campaign, recruitment, staff administration, etc. All of my colleagues and my tutor, the HR Director, were really committed to my apprenticeship. They were always available when I needed them and always tried to involve me in a wide range of tasks so that I could discover all the aspects of this job.
The day-to-day challenges and the instigation of numerous projects have motivated me to continue studying towards a master’s degree in HR so that I can enjoy new rewarding experiences at tkMF.”
Gaëtan Simon, IT apprentice:“As IT covers quite a broad area, the team members are all eager to share their skills whenever a problem arises.”
“I received a really warm welcome when I joined the IT department. The working atmosphere in the department is really pleasant and I was surprised to experience this same friendliness in the other departments. As IT covers quite a broad area, the team members are all eager to share their skills whenever a problem arises.
Due to the nature of my assignments, I met all tkMF employees, not only in Maurepas but also at the other sites (Le Mans, Bourges, Martillac, Figeac, Toulouse, etc.) during independent business trips. This independence soon taught me to become responsible and that’s enormously rewarding when you’re an apprentice.”
